HeySarah was born from a simple observation: salon professionals are artists. They should not be buried in their phones while clients wait, and they should not have to trust a mystery bot with their client experience.
Our longer-term vision is an AI front desk. Today, the controlled web pilot focuses on services, providers, availability, and owner-reviewed appointment requests.
We are starting small on purpose. The pilot is intended to test usefulness with salon owners before wider availability. Booking outcomes and time savings are not yet established.
