1. About these terms

HeySarah is run by Rogue AI Labs ("we", "us"). By using HeySarah to request an appointment or to run your salon's bookings, you agree to these terms. Each salon is its own business and sets its own services, prices, cancellation rules and payment terms. Those salon policies apply between you and the salon.

2. How booking works

  • Booking pages send a request to the salon. It is not a confirmed appointment until the salon confirms it with you.
  • HeySarah does not send appointment text messages or reminders today. To change or cancel an appointment you booked on a booking page, contact the salon directly. At the pilot salon, the AI phone line can also do this (see section 3).
  • We do not take payments. Any payment is between you and the salon.

3. AI phone line

One pilot salon has its phone answered by an AI assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed. The assistant can request a new appointment for you; the salon reviews it and it is not confirmed until the salon approves it. The assistant can also change or cancel an existing appointment that is under the phone number you are calling from. It is designed to read the details back and ask you to confirm before it acts, and a change or cancellation made this way takes effect right away. The assistant can make mistakes, so please check important details with the salon. It does not give medical or health advice.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate contact details and only book for yourself or with permission.
  • Do not misuse the service, send spam, or try to access information that is not yours.

5. For salons

Salons join through a founding pilot agreed with Rogue AI Labs. The pilot is free for the first 5 salons, and no salon is charged unless it agrees to a paid plan. Salons are responsible for their own services and client policies.

6. The service

HeySarah is in an early pilot. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and Rogue AI Labs is not responsible for missed, double or incorrect bookings or for the services a salon provides.

8. Changes and contact
