By booking appointments with our salon through Hey Sarah or any other method, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients and govern the relationship between you and our salon.
2. Appointment Booking & Management
Booking Methods
You can schedule appointments through:
- SMS/Text: Send messages to our salon number
- Voice Calls: Speak with our AI assistant Sarah or staff
- Online Booking: Use our website scheduling system
- In Person: Book directly at the salon
- Phone: Call and speak with our staff
Important: Appointment Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed by our salon staff. You'll receive confirmation via your preferred method. Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Advance Notice Required
- 24-Hour Notice: Required for all cancellations and rescheduling
- Same-Day Changes: May result in a cancellation fee
- Emergency Situations: Will be handled case by case
Cancellation Fees
- Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours): 50% of service cost
- No-Show: Full service charge applies
- Repeat Violations: May require deposits for future bookings
4. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: Cash, cards, digital payments, gift cards
- Payment Timing: Due at completion of service
- Pricing: Subject to change, confirmed at booking

- All appointments require staff confirmation

AI Limitations
- Not Medical Advice: Sarah cannot provide health or beauty advice
- Human Oversight: Important decisions reviewed by our staff
- Voice Processing: Conversations may be recorded for quality
7. Client Responsibilities
- Timeliness: Arrive on time for appointments
- Communication: Provide accurate contact information
- Hair History: Be honest about previous treatments
- Aftercare: Follow post-service instructions
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service. We're not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed previous treatments or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
